Processing times vary depending on both the item and its availability!

Nails: 10-20 buisness days:

*I handmake every set and work my orders on a first come first serve basis. If you need a rush on your order to decrease processing time, feel free to purchase the 'Rush my Order' listing

Ready to Ship items 3-5 buisness days:

*I always do a quality check before sending out items. This time span gives me time to correct any errors/flaws before shipping it to you.

Custom Orders about 2-3 weeks:

*When creating a custom order, I take time to brainstorm, gather supplies, and have/sketch a lay out of the creation. This extra wiggle room ensures that I have enough time to take my time and to create you something amazing!

*Please note that these are all estimates! I do my best to get orders shipped sooner but that all depends on how busy I am with orders!

While any pre-made designs are set in stone (cannot be changed), I do allow minor color changes as long as it is discussed with me before hand. Or if you would like specific elements into your nail design, I recommend ordering either a Mystery Set or contacting me to begin a custom order!

Do to sanitary reasons, I do not do returns or exchanges on nail sets! This being said please make sure you're accurately measuring you nails in millimeters or alternatively I recommend purchasing a nail sizing kit to ensure nail sizing accuracy. Not all shops on press on artists use the same manufacturer for their full cover nail tips, so therefore all sizing may not be the same!

Other than the sizing difference between the two, ALL adult nails have a layer of builder gel to strengthen and overall help in the longevity of each set. Whereas the kids nails are still strong but not as strong as adult nails. Also, the adult nails are more detailed in design to double as both an art piece and a fashion accessory unlike the kids nails where the design is more simple due to creating more nails in the set.

Typically I don't usually make them just due to how time consuming they are, but also because each set doubles as both an art piece and a fashion accessory meaning in the end the extra nails with art on them may not be used due to the extra sizes not fitting the owner. All in all the 20-24 piece sets would be more expensive and I try to keep all of my products affordable for my customers!

Starting October 1st 2023 ALL custom orders must be paid for in full before I can begin processing your order. Unfortunately, I've has too many people ghost or take advantage of my previous leniency so to avoid wasting supplies and time, I will be requiring payment before I even begin designing your set.
